From the beautifully renovated apartment with matching towels to the pristine order of the garden, it was evident that the hotel takes great care in providing a pleasant ambiance. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal, allowing easy access to other scenic locations. it was a fantastic experience.

There is an issue with some noise coming from the surrounding area that can affect your sleep.

The staff at the restaurant needs improvement- they took a while to bring the menu and getting their attention was a hassle. the hotel was okay, but would not return due to the poor restaurant experience.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a popular wedding venue and although the noise from the event was a bit disruptive, I still had a great experience. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a room with a balcony, even offering us an apartment instead. The renovated rooms were beautifully decorated and had matching towels, giving it a luxurious feel. Additionally, the hotel's location near a park and palace provided a picturesque setting for a relaxing family vacation. Lastly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, equivalent to what you would find in a 4-star hotel.

The only minor issue was the lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the rooms, making it a bit inconvenient for early morning coffee.

Beautifully decorated apartment with luxurious details and a cozy atmosphere. Delicious restaurant food and drinks. The garden was delightful and provided a wonderful place to relax.

The parking area was unattended, dusty and dirty, and there were many mosquitoes. we experienced some issues with the air conditioning in our family suite, which made it uncomfortable to stay inside.

My stay at Vila Rozalia Garden Gate was absolutely wonderful. The grounds were breathtakingly beautiful, filled with lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The swimming pool was warm and inviting, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, although slightly over-salted for my taste. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bathroom was pristine and looked great.

There were a few minor inconveniences during my stay. The shower in the bathroom was a wet-room style, which I loved, but it caused some water to flood around the toilet area.
